Fruits and veggies: What is most important are the things to avoid. Absolutely no alcohol, no smoking cigarettes. If you really need some caffeine then tea would be better than coffee. Two cups of tea in a day is reasonable. Other than that, a diet with emphasis on fruits and vegetables is good. If you are vegetarian then try to get some protein in the form of beans/lentils/tofu.
