Cant say: This is difficult to answer. I don't know what cause of the infection might be. I don't know if you have any other pertinent illnesses such as diabetes or immune disorders. If this is a paronychia with swelling around the cuticle the abscess should be drained. I would see a clinician as soon as possible and do not use the Keflex if it was not prescribed by a licensed physician.
