I have a nail infection started taking keflex 500 mg 4 times a day until i can see my doc. how many days should i be on it? and no its not prescribed.

If this is a paronychia with swelling around the cuticle the abscess should be drained. I would see a clinician as soon as possible and do not use the Keflex if it was not prescribed by a licensed physician.
