Depends: Liposuction causes bruising and swelling which will look improved after 2 weeks probably enough to go back to work or be socially presentable. Travel may be OK after 2 wks but you should check with your doctor before making plans. If you have complications (ie: infection), this may delay your healing. To be on the safe side you may want to wait a month before making extensive travel plans.
