Probably: Since your P4 level is above 3 then that indicates that you have ovulated. You would need to measure another value to know if it's going up (a sign of a strong ovulation). Ideally, we want to see a P4 level of 12 or higher. The left follicle you have is too small. So chances are you did ovulate from the right side.
