Hard to say: Usually chorionic hematomas do not cause miscarriages. They typically regress and do not cause problems. Did they check the chromosomes of the 16 week miscarriage? Maybe there was just a problem with the baby and the hematoma was an incidental finding? It's reassuring that you had two other pregnancies with hematoma that did fine. I would recommend staying away from aspirin.
