How's your pain?: If you can wiggle your fingers, and they refill quickly when you blanch the finger tips with pressure, it's probably OK. Sometimes the nervous system goes 'haywire' on the small nerves that control the contraction of small arteries, after trauma or surgery. IMHO, it's important to keep moving the hand and fingers within the guideline your doctor gave you.
