No: Induction of pregnancy at 40 weeks because a mother is TOBP (tired of being pregnant) is not medically indicated. Usually physicians start thinking about scheduling inductions after about 41 weeks. I recommend starting a dialogue with your doctor about what the indications for induction would be at this point in your pregnancy.
