Need evaluation ...: Anyone with low desire + soft "small" testes with or without orchitis should have his serum testosterone checked. If low-T was found, do luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), & prolactin, as well as semen analysis if infertility is concerned. In practice, remember exogenous testosterone will suppress sperm production. So, see Doc timely.
