Tooth pain: Dental pain will not resolve on its own with home care. The most common type of the dental pain is a tooth, gums or combination of both tooth-gum pain. In order to get appropriate treatment it is important to know the underlying cause for this infection. It is dental problem and not TMJ. Rec.: see your dentist for evaluation, x-rays and treatment.

Might be TMJ: If all of your teeth hurt, then the problem needs to be common to all of your teeth. Gingivitis, periodontitis, gum recession, and bruxism all come to mind. But to be diagnosed correctly, you need to see a local dentist. Please call for an appointment.

Pain in teeth: The cause of pain in teeth, whether generalized or localized, can only be determined by a personal clinical exam and x-rays. It is also possible to have more than one problem causing symptoms at the same time. Rather than have us guess as to what it "might be" find out what "it is"! Schedule an appointment with your own dentist.

TMD?: clenching or grinding your teeth can cause them to be sore but that's not related to the joint. No clicking of the joint or pain near the ears then no TMD issues

Possibly: But not probably. Tooth pain may be due to joint dysfunction, but more probably due to tooth/gum issues. Please see your Dentist.
