Not much: Most over the counter yeast creams are pretty similar. They primarily vary in dosing schedule and price. Just keep in mind that if your "yeast infection" doesn't clear up with one or two treatments it may actually be bacterial vaginosis, which requires a prescription written by a medical professional for treatment.
