Side effects: dry moth, nausea, hunger, weight gain can occur from this medicine- sexual side effects can occur but not common;however, depression itself can cause sexual dysfunction.

Nexito effects: It is likely that your severe depression is contributed by your Hypothyroidism. It causes fatigue and weight gain which can lead to decreased sexual desire. Nexito(Escitalopram) sexual side effects may be- decreased libido and Anorgasmia.
