Past month i've been getting random sharp pain where my right ovary is. month ago ultrasound showed fluid from popped cyst. could pain be from it?

Possible: Possible reasons for pain include ovarian cysts, intestinal pain, bladder pain, scar tissue, infection, or ectopic pregnancy. The pain probably isn't from the cyst that ruptured last month, but if there is a new one that certainly could be causing it.
