If you are old : enough and want her, they may if they remove her. In situations like this, they ask the parent and child and extended family who would be willing to take the child in question. Worrying about this is useless. Better to ask your mom/dad what is going on and get them help. Provide any therapy to your sister about the changes shes going thru.
