No: UV rays will not change the color of your eyes. Certain medications including latanoprost eye drops have been known to make the iris of the eye darken. Any eye inflammation or eye trauma can darken the iris. Aging can do it as well. It would be worthwhile to discuss this with your doctor.

No: Strong uv exposure can cause corneal breakdown such as occurs in welders with an arc burn. It is felt that prolonged uv exposure accelerates cataract formation and possible macular changes. But the eye color is not affected by uv exposure.
