Yes.: They are prescribed together frequently. Long term use of Naprosyn (naproxen) can cause GI bleeding, hypertension and renal disease.

Opiate and NSAID: Yes. Most of the inflammatory pain syndromes would be treated with hydrocodone as well as NSAID such as ibuprofen or naprosyn (naproxen). However, plesae remember that these medications when taken long term can cause damage to the liver, kidneys and even the heart. For short term they are fine if you dont already have any other medical problems.
