Nitroglycerine pills: If you overdose on nitroglycerine pills, your blood pressure will drop precipitously and you might pass out and or worse. If you take nitroglycerine when you are dehydrated or otherwise vasodilated, similar things can happen. Nitroglycerine is a serious medication.
