Straining for blood: Straining to much in toilet due to constipation can be a cause of some bleeding due to small anal tear from mechanical friction of hardenend stools or hemorrhoids. Keep taking enough fiber in diet with vegetables, fruits (including dry fruit, figs and prunes) lots of liquids and avoid constipating foods (dairy products, banana, red meats etc). Take stool softners as needed.
