Not a good idea: The tattoo machine places the ink and a fine needle into you dermis. There is disruption of the dermis and epidermis and bleeding occurs. The condition will allow for more bleeding than expected. I would avoid any unnecessary trauma to your body

Yes: I'm a tattoo buff and have two of my own. Be sure it's what you want and wait a few years; then if your wishes haven't changed at all, check with your hematologist and your tattoo artist about just how to proceed.
