Difficult: Essure is intended to be permanent so its not easy to get pregnant after Essure. The first step is to have the Essure coils removed. This can be done laparoscopically but you may have to shop for a doctor who knows how to do it. There is some chance that you may be able to get pregnant on your own after the essure is removed. More likely, you will need in-vitro fertilization. Best wishes!
