How to tell if you can't get pregnant?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Infrequent periods: Infrequent periods such as getting less than 6 periods a year, can mean you aren't releasing an egg. So you are less likely to get pregnant. Other causes of infertility aren't visible, so the only way to know is to try and get pregnant and not get pregnant. If you attempt pregnancy for over a year with no luck then see a doctor.
