Allergy: Try changing to hypoallergenic detergent to wash your sheets. See a allergy specialist

Allergy: This seems to be associated to an allergic reaction.of you identify a potential trigger it could associated with that. If it is associated only on your back after laying down it could be the material of the bedding you are using up to even the pressure you put on your back. I would suggest to see your PCP in order to get formally tested and examined. You could also consult an Allergist.

Might be ur bedding: urticaria tends to be more generalized though, check ur bedding, try bathing b4 going to bed at night with a moisturizer soap and wear cotton underwear / sleeping gowns, over the counter anti-histamines if taken on regular basis would help as well, if all don't work u need to see an allergist or a dermatologist
