Maybe see therapist: Sometimes discussing this with family or friends can help. Or "training" yourself not to be anxious by starting with very brief periods & gradually increasing your time alone. A mental health professional can do a careful evaluation, and can usually help with a few therapy sessions. There are also tranquilizer medications, but non-medication alternatives are usually better.
