Elderly Care: Contact your local senior center as they often provide health with food shopping, paying bills, giving rides to medical appointments. Also call your state elderly services department to see what free services are available. You'r caring for your grandmother is most admirable. I hope you obtain help very soon as i know it is quite a responsibility. Best wishes.

Respite care!!: This sounds like a perfect opportunity for respite care. Many nursing homes have started accepting the care of elderly people for one week to several weeks so that the caregiver can get a break. It's not a permanent placement in the nursing home, just for a short while so you can get a breather. Caring for an elderly person can be difficult and draining.
