Yes : It sounds like you overworked some muscles you have not used before . This lead to the accumulation of Lactic Acid . To remedy this use someuscle NSAid's . Massage therapy , drink plenty of water and stop using the muscles for a bit and things will go back to NL soon .

Switch from creatine: One of the side effects of creatine is muscle cramping and ultimately soreness.The theory is that creatine enhances muscular endurance, allowing a longer and more intense workout. Soreness after a workout can be normal especially if you are working out for a longer period. However if you experience cramping, or excessively long soreness after using creatine, consider using another supplement.
