Switch from creatine: One of the side effects of creatine is muscle cramping and ultimately soreness. The theory is that creatine enhances muscular endurance, allowing a longer and more intense workout. Soreness after a workout can be normal especially if you are working out for a longer period. However if you experience cramping, or excessively long soreness after using creatine, consider using another supplement.
