Depends: This really depends on your skin type. Some people scar easily and some don't. With acne, it is usually best not to pick at them at all. Facial scrubs and cleansers will help to remove dead layer of skin. Good health

NO: Scar is never caused by rubbing off a scab. Acne scars are related to inflamation deep in the skin and unresolved cysts/nodules. Squeezing the sebum out of zits is NOT the cause of scars.
