Metronidazole: This antibiotic has a half-life of about 8 hrs and it takes a about 5-6 half-lives to clear the drug from your system. Since I don't know when you took it last you can do the calculations yourself, but 48 hrs should be safe. Not sure whether minimal levels in your blood stream are likely to produce a significant reaction, but speaking from personal experience it is not worth finding out.
