Are you asking?: I'm not 100% certain I understand what you re asking, but: only a pregnancy test can find if you are pregnant, so no other test will tell you that.

Unlikely: The test for pregnancy is very specific. Pregnancy, other than eventual physical changes, can only be detected reliably by these tests

Blood test for preg: Blood may be used to test for pregnancy but only if that particular test is ordered. A more typical test for pregnancy would use urine.
