No: Once the implant is placed, you do not want to disturb the site until it heals, which can be three months or more. Performing an additional, unnecessary surgery may traumatize the first implant. Probably not. : Once you have performed the invasive procedure your patient can feel a sigh of relief. If this person has a normal range of endogenous anxiety he will be fine with doing both molars at the same time. Especially if you use the various methods of sedation dentistry.
