Blood in stool: this should be evaluated ASAP, especially if the stools are black. See a GI or protcologist

Some concern: At your age, blood with BM is probably hemorrhoid or fissure (crack in the skin of the anus). However, even if one of the above is the case, there is no guarantee that something else a bit more deeply into the colon is also happening. This should be brought to your family doc's attention. Also pay attention to color of stool; specifically black which would indicate bleeding from the beginning part
