None Surprised ?: Diet alone will not prevent cancer although plays an important roll in genesis of cancer so many known and unknown factors are involved from genetics , environment , personal bad habits known to all , and diet. Stay health by good balanced diet with no weight gain ,regular exercises , you are going to feel good

Mostly vegetarian: Vegetarians have about a 50% lower risk of cancer so minimizing meat reduces risk; a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds & low in saturated & trans fats will reduce cancer risk. Choose organic when possible.Avoid GMO's.If you have dairy, eggs and meats organic is esp. important. Many specific foods like berries, broccoli, green tea & turmeric reduce risk.
