No magic: The traditional teaching from mainstream medicine (more fruits and vegetables, less red meat) has had trouble holding up in the best studies especially in the past decade. Anyone offering you a magic diet based on 'superfoods' or whatever is just messing with you. Obesity does increase some of therisks, but you'd do better to avoid tobacco and get regular cancer screening.
