Ovulation: Ovulation wouldn't be a cause of upper abdominal pain or profuse uterine or vaginal bleeding. If the upper abdominal pain is severe and persistent, get examined by a physician right away. The vaginal bleeding should be evaluated by your gynecologist at the same time in my opinion.
