It depends: Antibiotics can cause dry mucous membranes however so can some of the other meds you take. Unless your doc feels you need to be on some type of chronic suppressive treatment then I would not advise you to continue antibiotics to effect your weight loss. Discuss weight loss regimes with your provider.
