Yes: Fluticasone and Beconase are both nasal steroids, they should work the same. Nasonex (mometasone) would also be comparable. You can also get Nasocort AQ over counter now. Flovent is fluticasone, comparable products would be Asmanex, Qvar, budesonide. Good luck!

Nasal & inhaled ster: Fluticsone is a nasal steroid that is similar to Beconase . It is generic . It has a rose smell and some patients do not like it . Flovent is an inhaled steroid for Asthma and bronchitis .it is used twice a day . You can use Asmanex once a day instead
