Unprotected?: Have you had any unprotected sexual intercourse or missed any cycles? Any breast discharge derserves a medical exam and horone levels checked. A pregnancy test is a good idea.

Not postpartum?: Hi. If you're not postpartum or nursing, breast milk is abnormal (called galactorrhea). It is usually due to elevation of a pituitary hormone called prolactin. Prolactin elevation also usually stops your periods. If you're pregnant, it's not normal to have breast milk before delivery, although pregnancy of course also stops your periods. I'm doing too much guessing. Have your doc check prolactin.
