Headache/ ? melena: Persistent headaches need to be evaluated by a physician in person. It could be a migrane, but there are other causes. I am concerned about the black stools. Ibuprofen can cause gastritis and ulcers which can give you black stools. Unless you have been taking a lot of pepto bismol, (bismuth subsalicylate) this also needs to be evaluated, as you may be bleeding.
