No: You said your tests are negative so this means that you are not pregnant. Consider seeing an Obgyn to discuss irregular menstrual cycles.

2 neg tests?: Doubtful with 2 negative tests. May be an anovulatory cycle. If you are having unprotected sex, there is always the chance you can become pregnant. If you miss your next period, check another preg test, and if still negative, then get GYN eval, best wishes.
