No: No. It does not cause peripheral neuropathybut it can cause a condition known as erythromelalgia, which presents with redness and something burning sensation of the hands and feet that simulate neuropathy. This is often relieved with the use of Aspirin once or twice a day (in addition to the usual treatment for the disease itself of indicated).
