Not Bad: Nose bleeds are very common in children and the majority are caused by picking the nose which irritates the blood vessels on the front inner wall of the nose. It can easily be stopped by firm pressure on the front part of the nose for 5-10 minutes. Teach your child to keep their hands away from their face (very difficult).
