Ask your doctor: That result in and of itself is not necessarily that impressive to my way of thinking if you are inquiring about a urinary tract infection. There should be more robust clinical symptoms aside from back pain with that result from a urinary analysis. Your doctor will know more about the overall picture and how to interpret that single result. Ask if a urine culture was obtained at all.
