One ear is muffled/ringing the last 4d since snorkeling. I can equalize with no problem. The outer ear is clear. I assume water in the middle ear, but since I can equalize fine I think the eustachian tube is not blocked so how could that be?
Had fluid behind 1 eardrum, it's gone now, but still have ringing in ear(barely noticeable). Is it possible that there is some mucous in eustachian tube that you can't see? Could covid cause this? Been 4 months about 99% better; how much longer?
