I am in 8 weeks pregnancy and i have thalassemia minor and my husband have beta thalassemia trait.so is there any problem in my pregnancy.

Depends what type u: depends on what kind of thallasemia minor you have,alpha or beta.If you have thallasemia beta minor,that makes you carrier of the bea thallasemia gene Thallasemia trait is same as thalassemia minor,carries gene for beta thallasemia You both have to tested if not already done, discuss with your Obstetrician about the outcome. If both carriers 1/4 chance of baby with Thallasemia,1/4normal,2/4 normal
