Is it harder to lose weight after thyroidectomy? how should i change my diet in order to lose weight. had thyroidectomy due to pap thy ca...

No: As long as you are on the correct dose of thyroid hormone, so that your TSH is in the lower range of normal (or mildly low), it should not affect your ability to lose weight. If you had a weight problem before surgery, you will have the same weight problem afterwards. To lose weight you need to decrease calore intake and increase your level of exercise.
