Sinusitis: This sounds like classic maxillary sinusitis, with sensory nerve paresthesia that runs thru the involved sinus or else maxillary tooth inflammation. You might not require abx, but start on OTC decongestant topical spray (Afrin) for few days with nasal saline sprays. If known seasonal allergies then take meds for those as well, even OTC. Visible facial swelling or failure to improve requires abx.
