Should i be in a boot if i have peroneal, post tibial/fhl tendonitis?

Yes: You will need to allow your tendon to heal and the best way to do this is to immobilize it in a walking boot. See a Podiatrist for evaluation for boot fitting. I hope this helps.

Depends..: That is a great question. Depends on how bad it is as well as how aggressive your doctor is. A CAM boot WILL rest it quicker and get you back sooner. Rest, ice and NSAIDS. always works good for -itis problems.
