Bp: Usual BP is 110 to 140 over 60 to 80. Perfusion is systolic and varies from person to person. If you have no sob chest pain or other issues it's fine

ManyVariablesDepends: on both the macrovascular & esp. the arterioles within heart muscle, esp. for left ventricular muscle since this is the thickest & muscle contraction, especially within the heart, blocks its own flow. Thus your question is astute; capillary flow to endocardial muscle in miniscule to none during systole, thus diastolic pressure important. Likely ~30-50 mmHg adequate at rest, but many variables.
