Time to see your Dr!: Fever and severe headache can be signs of a serious illness. He should be evaluated today by a pediatrician or emergency physician. It could just be a virus, but best to get him checked out.

Go to ER. : Headache is a 6 year old is concerning. If he has a fever, then it may be a serious infection and should be evaluated immediately in the closest emergency room.
