See your doc: Based on your description I see 2 main possibilities, among others that are less likely. Either a pulled muscle in your back following protracted vomiting or a kidney stone precipitated by dehydration during the time you had the bug. Would definitely suggest that you bring it up at your follow up appointment. Hope this helped.
