What does it mean when a ct scan shows fluid in my left ear?

Infection?: It depends. For example, fluid in the middle ear cavity could indicate inflammation/infection i.e. otitis media. In a trauma setting, it could indicate a possible temporal bone fracture. Need to follow up with your doctor.
