How can i treat dark dry patches under my mouth?

Not sure: I am not sure where the patches are - in the mouth or on the skin? Either, or - they need to be looked at first until treatment can be initiated.

Moisturizer: I would recommend a good moisturizing lotion as Aveeno, (oatmeal) etc. if they itch, ok to use OTC cortisone cream. If not improving in a week or so, see a doctor.
